1.內(nèi)外徑及制造尺寸的計(jì)算

內(nèi)徑尺寸的確定因素主要有內(nèi)裝物大外徑尺寸、按內(nèi)裝物形式確定的公差系數(shù)、內(nèi)裝物排列方式、內(nèi)裝物隔襯與緩沖件的相關(guān)尺寸。內(nèi)徑尺寸的計(jì)算可由下式得到:Xi=Xmaxnx+d(nx-1) +k’ +T。式中,Xi為紙箱內(nèi)徑尺寸;Xmax為單個(gè)內(nèi)裝物大外徑尺寸;d為內(nèi)裝物在紙箱內(nèi)某一方向的排列數(shù)目;k’為紙箱內(nèi)徑尺寸補(bǔ)償量;T是隔襯或緩沖件總厚度。長(zhǎng)度單位均為mm。需要滿足Xi >內(nèi)裝商品的外徑尺寸。修正系數(shù)及公差系數(shù)可查表得到。

外徑尺寸計(jì)算為:X0=X+K。式中,X0為外徑尺寸,K為修正系數(shù)。

2.紙箱搖蓋尺寸的計(jì)算

瓦楞紙箱外搖蓋的制造尺寸也是需要注意的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵部位。在瓦楞紙箱外搖蓋對(duì)接封合的箱型中,如0201、0204、0207等,搖蓋寬度制造尺寸理論值應(yīng)為箱寬制造尺寸的二分之一。但是,由于內(nèi)搖蓋的回彈作用,箱蓋合上后并不是水平的,而是略?xún)A斜,外搖蓋必然在對(duì)接處產(chǎn)生一定的間隙。因此,外搖蓋的寬度并不是寬度的一半,而是稍長(zhǎng),所以在實(shí)際的生產(chǎn)中要加上一個(gè)放大系數(shù)。放大系數(shù)可以通過(guò)三角函數(shù)計(jì)算得出。不過(guò),由于紙箱自身的可塑性,也為了便于計(jì)算,多數(shù)企業(yè)都根據(jù)紙板的厚度計(jì)算出一個(gè)固定的放大系數(shù)。如下表所示:

當(dāng)然,這樣的放大系數(shù)只是適合于一般的瓦楞紙箱,如果遇到對(duì)搖蓋要求很高的紙箱,可以通過(guò)函數(shù)求出紙箱搖蓋的放大系數(shù)。另外,上表列出的放大系數(shù)不適合于寬度低于20 cm的紙箱。

If you encounter cartons with high requirements for flap, you can calculate the amplification factor of carton flap through function. 3.接頭尺寸的設(shè)計(jì)

瓦楞紙箱通過(guò)粘合、釘合接頭來(lái)成型,接頭尺的尺寸一般根據(jù)瓦楞層數(shù)及工廠的工藝水平而定。為保持主箱面(LH面)的印刷面不被破壞,接頭一般應(yīng)與LH面連接。單瓦楞接頭尺寸一般為35 mm~40 mm,雙瓦楞45 mm~50 mm,三瓦楞為50 mm。
Corrugated boxes are formed by bonding and nailing joints. The size of the joint ruler is generally determined according to the number of corrugated layers and the process level of the factory. In order to keep the printed surface of the main box surface (LH surface) from being damaged, the joint shall generally be connected with the LH surface. The size of single corrugated joint is generally 35 mm ~ 40 mm, double corrugated joint is 45 mm ~ 50 mm, and three corrugated joint is 50 mm.
4.紙箱落料規(guī)格的計(jì)算

生產(chǎn)的紙箱還是以0201型瓦楞紙箱為主,如下圖所示。根據(jù)上述所講,就可以計(jì)算出要將一個(gè)普通的0201型紙箱投于生產(chǎn)所需要耗費(fèi)多少材料了。
The cartons produced are mainly 0201 corrugated cartons, as shown in the figure below. According to the above, we can calculate the amount of materials needed to put an ordinary 0201 carton into production.
紙板的長(zhǎng)度=2L+2B+紙箱的結(jié)舌;
Length of paperboard = 2L + 2B + tongue of carton;
紙板的寬度=H+2倍的紙箱搖蓋。
Width of paperboard = H + 2 times of carton shake cover.
根據(jù)公式,我們計(jì)算出紙箱的落料規(guī)格。這里計(jì)算出了紙箱的凈料規(guī)格,在生產(chǎn)時(shí)還會(huì)修邊。為了盡量節(jié)省材料,一般修邊尺寸不會(huì)大于1 cm??拷Y(jié)舌的邊不需要修邊。異型箱落料尺寸根據(jù)同樣的原理即可算出,只是不同的箱型計(jì)算的公式不一樣而已。

In order to save materials as much as possible, the general trimming size will not be greater than 1 cm. The edge near the tongue does not need trimming.
